What information Sunuvw collects, why, and the control you have over it — covering messages you send us, our website, and LinkedIn lead forms in our advertising.

Who we are
Sunuvw is a workplace well-being service for growing companies, based in Bengaluru, India. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “Sunuvw”, we mean the team operating this website (sunqep.com) and the LinkedIn advertising connected to it. For anything about your data, reach us at hi@sunqep.com.
What we collect
We keep this deliberately small — only what we need to reply to you and run our service:
- Contact details you give us — your name, work email, company and role, whether you send them through our contact form, by email, or through a LinkedIn lead form attached to one of our ads.
- What you tell us — the message or answers you choose to share (for example, whether you have already written to us).
- Basic technical data — ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) that websites record for security and performance.
When you submit a LinkedIn lead form, LinkedIn passes us the contact fields tied to your profile along with your answers. We never receive your LinkedIn password or private profile data beyond the fields shown on the form. We do not collect your employees’ well-being answers through this website — that lives inside the product, under separate terms.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation by email;
- to prepare and send what you asked for (for example, a well-being teardown for your team);
- to keep a record of our correspondence and improve how we work.
We do not sell your data and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
How we contact you
Our main channel is email. When you reach out — or when you tell us on a lead form that you’ve written to us — we reply from hi@sunqep.com. Please add that address to your contacts and check your spam folder if our reply isn’t in your inbox.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the providers that help us operate — such as our email host and our website host — and only so they can provide that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it. LinkedIn processes lead-form submissions under its own privacy policy before passing the data to us.
How long we keep it
We hold enquiry and lead data only as long as we need it to handle your request, plus a reasonable period for our records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hi@sunqep.com and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page and note any material change here.
